David Malone focuses his practice on public finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriter counsel, and borrower counsel in various types of tax-exempt and taxable finance transactions. For over 20 years, Mr. Malone has represented cities, counties, school districts and other issuing authorities, as well as borrowers and underwriters, in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable bonds.
Served as bond counsel on 138 separate bond issues for 66 different Kentucky political subdivisions and a total dollar volume in excess of $674,000,000 during calendar year 2012
Served as underwriter's counsel on $1,905,000 Ohio city sewer system refunding revenue bonds
Served as bond and underwriter's counsel on $17,040,000 Ohio variable rate demand healthcare facilities revenue bonds
