Anders Lindberg focuses his law practice in the areas of professional liability defense, employment litigation and general litigation. Mr. Lindberg has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts. He has handled numerous medical professional liability cases, complex litigation involving employment disputes and has represented several local businesses as well as international corporations.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Defended numerous cases of employment discrimination before the Human Rights Commission on behalf of large hospitals as well as other employers
  • Tried several cases involving alleged professional negligence of physician groups, hospitals and a physical therapist
  • Prosecuted and defended over 25 bench trials
  • Defended numerous deliberate intent actions on behalf of large manufacturers and retailers
  • Sought summary judgment in deliberate intent case involving a major steel manufacturer
