Brian Gallagher concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development, commercial transactions, and business organizations. His experience includes significant involvement in retail, office, residential, industrial, and mixed-use real estate development and all aspects of commercial transactions and financing. He is title insurance agent for five national title insurance companies and has insured titles for a wide variety of projects, including shopping centers, office parks, mixed-use developments, and industrial sites. Mr. Gallagher serves as leader of the Real Estate Practice Group, and is the Managing Member of the firm’s Morgantown office.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Represent real estate developers in analysis of zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations
  • Preparation and presentation of projects for site plan approval, building permit approvals, obtaining variances, conditional use approvals, and zoning amendments as appropriate for the project
  • Represent clients in numerous real estate transactions
  • Represent financial institutions in numerous commercial loan transactions
