Charles Johns concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability and personal injury defense and focuses on defending nursing home/long term care facilities. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and several of the Florida intermediate appellate courts.
