• Negotiated agreements for subleasing Marcellus shale production rights totaling 60,000 acres and non-Marcellus formation rights, totaling an additional 60,000 acres
• Managed transfers to partnerships of leases, wells and pipelines to facilitate operation of newly developed 35,000-acre natural gas storage field as well as a 185-mile gas pipeline
• Developed and executed strategies to complete sale of gas operating facilities, gas storage fields, office buildings and fee property for major energy company
• Managed staff responsible for multi-million dollar transaction with properties in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York and Virginia
• Provided corporate governance for $18 million land rights acquisition for a major gas pipeline
