Cindy Perdue is the Manager, Mineral Services and a former landman.  She is experienced in managing due diligence teams and coordinating data room activities for mineral acquisitions and divestitures.  Ms. Perdue is experienced in all areas of directed land administration functions, including evaluation and implementation of land management systems. 

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Coordinated and performed conventional and "Marcellus" due diligence for several multi-million dollar oil and gas asset acquisitions
  • Directed land administration functions and evaluated and implemented land management systems for Appalachian Basin exploration and production companies with lease holdings in excess of three million acres
  • Organized data room set-up and management of land, financial, and production records for large-scale oil and gas divestitures
  • Former staff landman responsible for negotiating and preparing joint operating agreements, farmout agreements and other land contracts
