David Hotchkiss focuses his practice on Pennsylvania litigation directed to serving clients in the oil and gas industry, and also on the performance of oil and gas real estate title work. His experience includes the representation of clients in general litigation, construction litigation, contract and Orphans’ Court litigation.  He has also practiced in the areas of estate planning and probate, general real estate practice, transactions and business formation and counseling.
