Diane Burke focuses her practice on counseling and litigation in the area of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition. Ms. Burke is a registered patent attorney. She is admitted to the practice of law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Southern District of Ohio and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
