Edward A. Matto joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2008 and practices in the firm’s Columbus office. His practice focuses on counseling and litigation in the antitrust and related competition law areas (including mergers and acquisitions, unfair and deceptive trade practices, trade secrets, misappropriation of proprietary information, non-compete contracts and misuse of trademarks and patents), and in the intellectual property asset protection and infringement litigation area. He is experienced in complex litigation including intellectual property, antitrust and general business litigation, treble damage and government suits, and governmental civil investigations. His experience also includes representing clients in multi-million dollar damage actions. Mr. Matto serves as Managing Member of the Columbus office.
