Eva Conner began her career with Steptoe & Johnson in 1990 as a legal secretary.  Shortly thereafter, she served as Facilities Manager and Personnel Supervisor, taking care of interviewing, staffing, attendance and other human resource concerns.  She was then promoted to Office Manager in the Clarksburg office.  In 2001, she became the Director of Human Resources for all seven offices of the firm. 

Ms. Conner graduated from Fairmont State University with a degree in business management and a minor in accounting.

Ms. Conner is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association of Legal Administrators.

Ms. Conner is a native of West Virginia and has three children.
