Henry Bowen has concentrated his practice for the past 31 years in the defense of workers’ compensation and federal black lung claims, as well as employment litigation and administrative law. In addition to counseling employers, Mr. Bowen has appeared in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the Offices of the West Virginia Insurance Commissioner, Human Rights Commission, and U.S. Department of Labor.
