• Conducted real estate transactions on behalf of lending institutions and private parties, including the conduct and review of surface and mineral title examinations and issuance of title insurance policies
• Represented a builder from the inception of a 7-building professional park to acquire the land, meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance administered by the local government planning commission, and draft the master lease for commercial and professional tenants
• Represented the purchaser in the negotiation and purchase of a franchised dealership in 9 locations, including coordinating the efforts of counsel for both the seller and the lending institution
• Represented a developer in the acquisition and financing of a project to construct a major hospital’s first off-site clinic; negotiated and drafted long-term lease which includes the future charitable donation of the project to the hospital’s foundation
