  • Directed docket of 90 brain damage cases in West Virginia for national railroad company
  • Represented a Class 1 railroad in multi-state trials involving allegations of chemical-induced illnesses including brain damage and cancer
  • Defended national railroad company in numerous cases involving allegations that railroad working conditions and procedures caused osteoarthritis in the knees of its employees
  • National coordinating counsel for Class 1 railroad for various types of occupational injury cases brought against it pursuant to the Federal Employers' Liability Act
