Jeff Phillips concentrates his practice on complex litigation. He focuses on the defense of energy companies in issues such as deliberate intent, personal injury, and MSHA regulations. He has tried 45 cases to verdict in federal and state courts and has been involved in appellate proceedings before state and federal courts. He is the Managing Member of the firm’s Lexington, Kentucky, office.
