Jennifer Hill focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation, primarily in the areas of long term care litigation and product liability. Ms. Hill has particular experience in the areas of patient care litigation and mass torts. She is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

  • Represented a world-wide manufacturer of heavy equipment in mass litigation involving claims of negligent design, failure to warn and/or inadequate warnings
  • Represented a maxillofacial surgeon against claims that the surgeon improperly performed surgery on the temporomandibular joint
  • Represented several long term care facilities in patient care litigation with allegations of abuse, neglect and professional negligence
