John Callcott represents clients regarding an array of employment and commercial matters. He also serves in a counseling capacity to employers, corporate officers, and directors regarding day-to-day operating decisions and fiduciary duties. Mr. Callcott is the chairperson of the firm’s Electronic Discovery Committee.
