Kelly Little Guice focuses her practice in the area of litigation, with an emphasis in product liability, mass and toxic torts, and construction defense. Kelly provides legal services to clients throughout West Virginia and Ohio. She is a native of Parkersburg, West Virginia, and has strong ties and active commitments to the community. Kelly has tried over 30 jury and non-jury cases.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Defended a variety of companies in asbestos, benzene and silica litigation with theories ranging from products liability and negligence to premises liability
  • Represented respiratory protection manufacturer in silica exposure claims
  • Serve as trial counsel for defense in welding fume litigation alleging a variety of complaints including neurological illnesses such as ALS, arc welder’s pneumoconiosis and Parkinsonism
  • Sought dismissal of felony drug charges against client which impacted on immigration claim for deportation.
  • Prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors including grand larceny, embezzlement, fraud, murder, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, domestic violence, malicious assault, sexual assault, controlled substance, and DUI
