REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Managed teams of abstractors in performing mineral title examinations, and drafting the corresponding title opinions, for the purpose of acquisition of minerals, leasing of minerals, permitting for mining and drilling, notice requirements, and enforcement and acquisition of surface easements, involving in excess of 1,000 mineral title reports
- Performed due diligence work in Pennsylvania for an acquisition of over 200 coal bed methane wells
- Participated in numerous aspects of residential estate matters, including conducting title examinations and loan closings and drafting documents related to such transactions
