REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Represented a large regional bank with the negotiation and implementation of a $40 million credit facility to construct a large-scale professional office and retail shopping center
- Represented a developer with the negotiation and preparation of commercial leases for office buildings and shopping centers
- Represented a national bank with a receivership to manage and administer a large residential apartment/townhome complex and assisted the bank with the sale of the property
- Represented the purchaser in the acquisition of a multi-million dollar hotel property
