Mario Bordogna represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law in state and federal courts. Mr. Bordogna concentrates his practice in the areas of employment litigation, employment discrimination, workers’ compensation, employment counseling, and labor–management relations. 

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Litigated several multi-million dollar discrimination lawsuits involving known government contractor
  • Represented major hotel before the WV Supreme Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals on issues relating to wrongful discharge and federal labor relations
  • Sought injunctive relief for international manufacturing company to abate union strike activity
