Penny Neeley began her career with Steptoe & Johnson in 2000 as law librarian.  Prior to that time, she was the assistant director of the Bridgeport Public Library.

Ms. Neeley graduated from Ohio University with a degree in English.  She received a graduate degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina.

Ms. Neeley is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries and the West Virginia Library Association.
