  • Represented a municipality in a wrongful death and negligence lawsuit arising out of a police officer's alleged failure to investigate
  • Sought declaratory judgments on behalf of insurance companies regarding a variety of insurance coverage matters
  • Advised and defended insurance carriers against claims of breach of contract, common law bad faith, and violations of the West Virginia Unfair Trade Practices Act (UTPA)
