Sherri Whalen concentrates her practice in the areas of elder law; guardianship/conservatorship law; and estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation. Ms. Whalen’s experience also includes a significant amount of research and brief-writing for state and federal courts at trial and appellate levels. Ms. Whalen is the firm’s Pro Bono Director, and she serves as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate for children in abuse and neglect proceedings.
