Sherri Whalen concentrates her practice in the areas of elder law, estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation. She also researches and litigates first amendment issues for media clients. Ms. Whalen’s experience includes a significant amount of research and brief-writing for state and federal courts at trial and appellate levels.
