Tammie Clark Alexander concentrates her practice in the areas of banking, real estate, commercial transactions, and business organizations. Ms. Alexander served as Vice President and General Counsel for a nationally recognized bank. She also served as President of one of its wholly owned subsidiary corporations. She has been involved in a variety of complex commercial business and banking transactions.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Represented regional developer in development of a multi-phase apartment complex, including drafting various documents for the reciprocal use of roads and amenities, and the preparation, review and negotiation of loan documents for multi-million dollar construction loan.
  • Represented client in the development of a mixed-use subdivision including commercial, residential, and church properties. Representation included establishing criteria for development standards; and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various documents including a complex Master Association Agreement
  • Represented large fast-food chain in obtaining title insurance for the acquisition and construction of a new restaurant site within a new commercial development
  • Represented client in a claim for funds seized by the Internal Revenue Service for the alleged violation of structuring bank deposits
