Tracy Turner represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including significant experience in employment-related litigation in multiple jurisdictions in federal and state court, before state and federal administrative agencies and before arbitrators, including, but not limited to, employment discrimination cases, workplace intentional torts and covenants not to complete. She provides counseling to, prepares policies and handbooks for, and trains employers on labor and employment issues to assist in avoiding litigation.
