Russ Schetroma focuses his practice in the areas of energy and oil and gas law. He has published extensively on energy law and other topics for more than 30 years and continues to speak and to publish regularly on energy issues. He is active in managing due diligence and title projects for energy clients. Mr. Schetroma has extensive experience in resolving cases in litigation, arbitration, and mediation in state and federal court. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and before U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also active in the firm's international practice. Mr. Schetroma is the Office Managing Member of the firm's Houston office in The Woodlands.

Represented midstream operators in major litigation
Assisted non-Appalachian banks in adapting core financing and securitization documentation for use in Pennsylvania transactions
Represented energy industry parties in mediation of major contract disputes
