Aubrie Kiel has a well-rounded litigation practice and serves clients in litigation matters involving labor and employment issues, civil rights, and excessive force claims. Most recently, she has been part of the national defense team representing a large pharmaceutical distributor defending lawsuits by state and county officials and agencies making claims about opioid distribution.
She formerly worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Arenda L. Wright Allen of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
