Cynthia D. Perdue

Biography

Cindy Perdue is the Manager, Mineral Services of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC. She has extensive experience in managing due diligence teams and coordinating data room activities for mineral acquisitions and divestitures, including data assimilation and onboarding. Cindy works with the S&J Land Administration Services group providing professional land administration services and transitional support to clients. She also serves as liaison with landmen organizations both at the local and national levels.

Prior to assuming the position of Manager, Mineral Services, she was the director of land administration and later an independent landman for a major oil and natural gas producer in the Appalachian Basin where she managed asset portfolios for lease holdings and directed land administration functions, including the evaluation and implementation of land management systems.
