Biography

Heather Graham concentrates her practice in the area of energy and mineral law. She assists clients with the preparation of drilling title opinions that involve complex issues related to division of interests for oil, gas, coal, leasehold, and surface estates, due diligence and preparation of instruments for mineral transactions, and advises the necessary curative requirements for mineral production and development. She also has experience with commercial and personal real estate transactions.
