Biography

James Adkins assists banks and private entities in commercial financing arrangements and represents both sellers and purchasers in various acquisition and divestiture transactions.  Mr. Adkins’ experience includes involvement in complex business transactions, preparation of offering documents for both public and private securities offerings and involvement in a variety of economic development projects.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate, taxation, and public finance matters.
