Lori Dawkins is the Managing Member of the Denver office and leads the firm's Energy Litigation Practice Group.  As Managing Member, Lori oversees all practice areas in the Denver office, including litigation, transactional, mineral title, and labor and employment law.  Lori has more than twenty years of litigation experience and has tried more than fifty cases in state and federal court, including energy disputes, preliminary and permanent injunctions, eminent domain, claims involving the violation of civil rights, property damage, negligence, and personal injury and death.  In addition to her regular defense of energy companies, Lori has extensive experience in defending businesses, police officers, governmental agencies, municipalities, and health care professionals.  A former officer in the United States Air Force, she served in Desert Storm and received the Medal of Commendation, the Air Force Achievement Medal, and the Southwest Asia Service Medal.
