Biography

Lyle’s principal area of practice is handling a broad range of legal matters affecting the day-to-day business operations of his clients including litigation, energy transactions, contracts, accident investigations, insurance and risk allocation, human resources, workers' compensation, and employment issues. Lyle has extensive trial experience handling matters involving oil and gas, energy contracts, state and federal administrative compliance, catastrophic construction accidents, products liability, environmental, transportation, premises liability, maritime personal injury, engineering and construction contract disputes, complex commercial disputes, OSHA investigation and citation representation, defense of bodily injury and fatality cases, risk management, insurance coverage and subrogation litigation. Representative clients include domestic and international insurers, energy companies, oil and gas drilling and service contractors, trucking companies, construction entities, contractors and engineers in commercial, industrial, and refinery operations.
