Biography

Mike Stuart concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, energy and commercial transactions, securities, and government relations. He counsels both international and U.S. clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business development, mergers, dissolutions, financing, and management.  Mr. Stuart has represented numerous clients in cross-border and multistate matters including acquisitions, divestitures, and project development.  Mr. Stuart also counsels and advises clients on investment and fundraising including drilling programs, private placements, and SEC and state securities compliance.
