Nightingale Properties announced that the plaza behind the Chase Bank Building in downtown Charleston, W.Va. will be named “Steptoe & Johnson Plaza.” Nightingale Properties owns the Chase Building and recently remodeled and updated the plaza.
“We are pleased to have the plaza bear our name as we celebrate the firm’s 100th year,” said Charleston Office Managing Member Bryan Cokeley. “We have had a presence in downtown Charleston since 1928. This has been a good place for us and has played a huge part in our history.”
“Steptoe & Johnson recently committed to being here well into the next decade,” said Andrew Santee, Property Manager of Nightingale Properties. “Naming the plaza after the firm reflects their investment in the building and the community over many years. We look forward to working with them as they begin their next 100 years.”
