Edmund L.Wagoner, III has joined the Litigation Department of Steptoe & Johnson, and will practice in the firm’s Clarksburg office.  Wagoner will focus his practice in general litigation, long term care litigation and medical malpractice.  Wagoner received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, and received his legal education from Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, where he participated in the Civil Rights Moot Court Team.
