Steptoe & Johnson to hold half-day program for bankers working in Marcellus, Utica shale
CANONSBURG, PA. – Steptoe & Johnson will hold the last of its “Banking in the Utica and Marcellus Assets” seminars from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16 at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe in Canonsburg, Pa. The seminar is geared toward bankers and other investors looking to capitalize on opportunities in the Marcellus and Utica shales.
Members of the Steptoe & Johnson Energy, Banking, Real Estate and Commercial Transactions teams will cover a variety of topics aimed at helping businesses navigate the hurdles that come with shale exploration including:
- Oil and gas financial opportunities
- Oil and gas rights and interests
- Economic impacts
- Structuring and documenting oil and gas loans
