On Thursday, March 19, 2009, the U.S. Department of Labor issued a "Notice of Availability of Model Health Care Continuation Coverage Notices Required by ARRA" (the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009). The Department's notice, with links to the model COBRA notices, can be found on the DOL's website at:
