Biography

Rebecca Bates Manno focuses her practice in the areas of information governance, e-discovery, and data review. She advises clients on information governance issues associated with data privacy and security and records retention. Rebecca is experienced in designing and implementing written information security programs, cyber security response plans, and records retention programs.  She conducts audits of information-related practices and programs and provides employee training for implementation and compliance. She has also assisted in post-security breach investigations.

Rebecca advises clients on e-discovery and data review issues.  She is experienced in designing and managing large scale data and document reviews for litigation and regulatory proceedings.  She is also experienced in conducting data review for due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
