Biography

Shawn Morgan has extensive federal court trial experience and is skilled in handling government investigations and grand jury witness appearances. A 13-year veteran of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of West Virginia, she prosecuted federal criminal cases, including those involving white collar crimes, and investigated cybersecurity breaches. Prior to serving as a federal prosecutor, she spent four years as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Irene M. Keeley and three years in private practice.
