Biography

Zachary Wallen has a broad-ranging practice serving a variety of corporate clients on issues, including negotiation and preparation of leases, commercial contracts, and vendor agreements.  Additionally, Zach provides services for banking clients reviewing and preparing commercial loan documents.  Zach is a trusted advisor for clients in a variety of industries, including energy, small business, media, and not-for-profit entities and has assisted with acquisitions and divestitures, including assets ranging from mineral interests to commercial equipment and inventory. Zach counsels his clients on day to day decisions, as well as corporate governance and required regulatory reporting. 

Zach also has extensive experience counseling and advising candidates, vendors, and independent political organizations on campaign finance, political advocacy, entity formation, and election law compliance on the state, local, and federal level.
