Kebin J. Lopez

Kebin focuses his practice on professional liability and energy litigation. He works with clients to assess the legal, financial, and reputational issues at stake in contested matters and develops an approach that considers both the cost of litigation and the client’s broader business goals. Previously, he served as an Assistant Public Defender for the 4^th and 15^th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Offices in Florida, where he managed a high-volume criminal caseload from intake through disposition. He advised clients on legal risks and resolution options, developed case strategy, drafted and argued motions, negotiated resolutions, and defended clients at hearings and trials.
