Steptoe & Johnson PLLC Named Among the 2026 Best Places to Work by Columbus Business First

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC has been named one of Central Ohio’s 2026 Best Places to Work by Columbus Business First and earned the number two spot on the list.

The Best Places to Work program honors companies based on anonymous employee reviews from surveys facilitated by Quantum Workplace. The program, now in its 22nd year, is open to companies and organizations with a Central Ohio office and at least 10 full-time employees. Steptoe & Johnson was honored in the Small Companies category, which includes businesses with 25 to 49 local employees.

The 2026 honorees were celebrated, and their final rankings were revealed, during a reception hosted by Columbus Business First on Thursday, August 13, at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium’s Africa Event Center.
