Brooks Caston works with his clients to build and preserve wealth and reduce tax exposure through the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts, marital deduction trusts, children’s and grandchildren’s trusts, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships, private foundations, and other tax-exempt entities and the implementation of various gifting strategies.
