Erin Farabaugh Joins Steptoe & Johnson’s Growing Pittsburgh Office

PITTSBURGH – Erin C. Farabaugh has joined Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s Pittsburgh office as Of Counsel in the Business department.

“Erin brings nearly 20 years of corporate experience and a track record of leadership to our team,” said Steptoe & Johnson CEO Christopher L. Slaughter. “Over the course of her career she has handled a variety of complex transactions and provided great client service. Her recent focus on the private equity industry is a real plus. We are very pleased to add her to our growing Corporate/M&A Team.”

Farabaugh’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counseling, regulatory compliance, and business and operations planning. She has worked with public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and the private investment community through all stages of the business life cycle. She most recently served as Chief Legal Officer at a private equity firm supporting diverse industry sectors.

Farabaugh earned her bachelor’s degree from Westminster College and her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School.
