Steptoe & Johnson’s C. David Morrison Elected President of West Virginia Bar Foundation

CHARLESTON, W. Va. – C. David Morrison, a Member at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, has been elected President of the West Virginia Bar Foundation for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Morrison previously served as Vice President and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2020.

As President of the West Virginia Bar Foundation, Morrison will lead the nonprofit organization, which offers quarterly grants to improve the administration of justice and educate citizens about their rights and responsibilities under the law in the state. The Foundation also recognizes individual judges and attorneys who have demonstrated high achievements, accomplishments, and commitment to the legal profession.

Morrison has spent more than 35 years as a labor and employment attorney and is also actively involved in his community. He has been a frequent speaker on topics covering employment issues for various industry conferences. Morrison was elected as a Fellow of the West Virginia Bar Foundation in 2012.
