Roger Christenson will present “Due Diligence Requirements for Curative Work” and Andrew Graham will present “Lease Transfer Troubles.”
The seminar will take place in our Charleston, WV office and the Hilton Garden Inn in Canonsburg, PA on Tuesday, November 4. A camera will link the two locations so that each location can see the speakers in each location. Other topics include “Apportionment,” “Lithium Extraction,” “Acquisitions & Divestitures,” and “Mitigating Risk Around Defective DMA Filings.”
