MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – Steptoe & Johnson is proud to announce that Kenneth Barton, a Member in the Martinsburg office, was inducted as the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce Board Chair during its 99th Annual Dinner Meeting on Thursday, November 13.
Barton has been a long-time member of the Chamber Board and first served as Board Chair in 2004. As Board Chair, Barton said he plans to continue to advocate for Chamber members, hold round table and networking events for businesses, and further the organization’s mission to create opportunities and solve challenges for the betterment of Berkeley County. Barton’s term is effective January 1, 2026, and will last for one year.
