Alexis focuses her practice on litigation dealing with breach of contract, employment issues, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, trade secrets, and fraud. She assists with negotiation and mediation for settlement in premises liability, dram shop law, negligence, the Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), and non-subscriber disputes. In addition to drafting cease and desist letters, demand letters, pleadings, and motions, she argues discovery and dispositive motions in court and interviews and prepares party witnesses through all stages of the trial process.
