Cash Nickerson brings a wide variety of legal, business, and academic experience to his work in mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters across multiple industries. Cash’s unique background and diverse professional experience enables him to provide tailored corporate support to a variety of clients.
He previously served as a corporate attorney and marketing executive for a national freight hauling railroad company. Cash was President, CFO, and General Counsel for a talent acquisition provider that served Fortune 500 companies which eventually merged with a Belgium-based engineering consulting and R&D firm. After the merger, he was named Chairman of the North American Division for the engineering consulting and R&D service provider.
With eight published books, Cash is also an accomplished writer and speaker, extensively covering the workplace, jobs, and the economy. His book, “Negotiation as a Martial Art,” was a Wall Street Journal bestseller.
Cash is active in philanthropy and education, primarily related to his alma mater, Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He currently teaches a course called “International and Domestic Business Lawyering” and is Chairman of the National Council of the School of Law. He is the Chairman of Nickerson Stoneleigh Inc., a private investment firm in Dallas and the founder and President of the David H. Nickerson Foundation, which supports prostate cancer research.
