Chris Robinson

Associate

Chris focuses his practice on litigation and helps his clients navigate business disputes. His experience in trial strategy and preparation, witness preparation, motions, discovery, and depositions help him guide clients through each phase of litigation proceedings.

Chris participated in the West Virginia University College of Law’s Supreme Court Clinic, one of a handful of SCOTUS law clinics in the country. There, Chris and his clinic prevailed in a case before the Supreme Court of the United States. As a Law Clerk with the Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia, Chris frequently reviewed complex civil litigation cases, often involving insurance law, employment law, constitutional law, property law, and administrative law.
